There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Chenault, Fairclough, Doogan, and Stoltze: Page 3, line 19: Delete "Department of Law" Insert "Office of the Governor" Page 3, line 20: Delete "Department of Public Safety" Insert "agencies of the legislative branch" Page 4, line 3: Delete "Office of the Governor" Insert "Department of Law" Page 4, line 4: Delete "agencies of the legislative branch" Insert "Department of Public Safety" Representative Fairclough moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Doogan: Page 3, line 17, following "years": Insert ", except for the Office of the Governor and the agencies of the legislature, which shall be reviewed every four years" 2011-03-23 House Journal Page 0556 Representative Doogan moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted.
